The study assessed service quality, innovation, and the convenience of digital solutions offered by 34 financial institutions across Uzbekistan. Winning this nomination reaffirms the Bank’s strategic commitment to implementing cutting-edge technologies and creating a seamless, customer-centric ecosystem. 

The official announcement of the study results and the award ceremony took place on June 9, 2026, in Tashkent. The event, which brought together leading experts from the banking industry, was held at the conference hall of the Hilton Tashkent City Hotel.
