Recruitment procedure

Admission of candidates to the system of JSCB "ASIA ALLIANCE BANK" is carried out regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, language, origin, property, family, social and professional status, attitude to religion, creed, membership of public associations, professional, business, personal and moral qualities, education of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, capable of performing the tasks assigned to the Bank in accordance with their level of knowledge and state of health, or citizens of foreign states and stateless persons in the prescribed manner in accordance with internal regulatory documents, procedures of the Bank and the Labour Code of the Republic Uzbekistan.

The JSCB “ASIA ALLIANCE BANK” system does not accept the following employees:

- persons under sixteen years of age;
- persons recognized in accordance with the established procedure as incompetent or partially capable;
- provided false documents or knowingly false information for employment;
- other cases established by law.
 
The selection of employees at JSCB "ASIA ALLIANCE BANK" goes through the following stages:
 
1. Preliminary study of candidates;
2. Testing
3. Interview.
