The loan is provided to individuals aged 18 to 60 years (with 60 years being the maximum age at the end of the contract), having a permanent official income or self-employed persons, residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The maximum amount of a mortgage loan is set in the amount of the basic settlement amount established by the current legislation at the time of registration of the application:
- for the purchase of an individual residential building or an apartment in a multi-storey building in the city of Tashkent - no more than 1400;
- for the purchase of an individual residential building or an apartment in a multi-storey building in the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan - no more than 1000.
Persons interested in obtaining a loan can choose the parameters of their loan based on the following options, depending on the down payment of the loan:
- When the initial payment is from 30% to 50% - 25% per annum;
- When the initial payment is 51% or more - 24% per annum.
The bank provides an opportunity to choose the method by which the amount of the monthly payment on a car loan will be calculated. The first is when the payments are the same every month (annuity), and the second is when they decrease over time.
The client's expenses related to the loan processing include only insurance costs and registration of a pledge of an apartment in an individual residential building or multi-storey building purchased with a loan.
The issuance and maintenance of loans for the purchase of an individual residential building or an apartment in a multi-storey building is not subject to any additional payments.
The amount of the insurance premium for insurance of the pledge of an individual residential building or an apartment in a multi-storey building will be calculated in the amount of 125% of the loan amount.
The following documents are submitted to the Bank for obtaining a loan:

Application for a loan;

Identity document (passport, ID card, residence certificate, etc.);

Loan security documents;

One of the following documents about persons registered at the place of residence together with the borrower:

A copy of the pages of the house book containing the latest information about the persons registered in the residence / apartment with the borrower. The credit manager copies the corresponding pages of the house book;

Certificate of internal affairs bodies on persons registered at the given place of residence/apartment;

Information about persons registered in this place / apartment was obtained from the Center for Public Services or on the official website www.my.gov.uz.
When buying an individual residential building or an apartment in a multi-storey building on the primary market:

Investment agreement;

Documents confirming the availability of permission from the authorized body for the construction of a multi-storey building in which the loaned object is purchased, or for the construction of an individual residential building purchased at the expense of a loan (decision of the khokim, etc.)
When buying an individual residential building or an apartment in a multi-storey building on the secondary market:

Preliminary contract for the sale of an individual residential building or apartment in a multi-storey building, indicating the agreed price of the housing being sold, with a copy of the document confirming the Seller's ownership of the residential building or apartment;

Report of an independent appraisal company on property appraisal.
The Bank reserves the right to request additional documents for the most complete analysis of the solvency of the Borrower/Co-Borrower
