We inform you that starting from December 10, 2025, changes will be introduced to the fees for servicing operations carried out via remote banking channels and self-service devices for individuals, as well as to the servicing of legal entities using corporate bank cards and trade and service enterprises. 

Individuals:

1. Servicing of operations through the Bank’s mobile application 

Item 13. Payments for goods/works/services of suppliers presented in the mobile application

∙ Current commission: free of charge
∙ New commission: 0.0%–1.0%

The commission is charged to users based on the amount of successfully processed transactions. The exact commission amount will be displayed in the Bank’s mobile application at the time of payment. 

Item 14. Payments using the “QR Payment” service

∙ Current commission: free of charge
∙ New commission: 0.0%–1.0%

The commission is charged to users based on the amount of successfully processed transactions. The exact commission amount will be displayed in the Bank’s mobile application at the time of payment. 

Additionally, a new section is added: 

2. Servicing of operations through the Bank’s “ALLIANCE E-COM” payment platform 

2.1 Payments for goods/works/services via the “Alliance E-Com” platform - commission 0.0%–1.0%

The commission is charged to users based on the amount of successfully processed transactions. The exact commission amount will be displayed on the payment page of the Alliance E-Com platform at the time of payment.
