In an effort to strengthen collaboration in the fields of education, science, and technology, Asia Alliance Bank and Inha University in Tashkent (IUT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

This agreement will open new opportunities for university graduates and bank employees, while also enhancing the implementation of innovative solutions in information technology and business logistics.

Internships and Employment Opportunities for Students

Asia Alliance Bank and IUT have agreed to conduct joint recruitment initiatives for students and graduates to participate in internships and potential employment with the bank. Selected students will gain a unique opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real work environment and contribute to the development of the bank. This approach will allow the bank to attract young professionals while enabling students to gain valuable experience and practical skills.

Training and Professional Development

A special focus of the partnership will be on training and upskilling the staff of Asia Alliance Bank. Plans include a series of training courses aimed at enhancing skills in the field of information technologies. The training program will cover topics such as the use of IT for business process optimization, data management, and business logistics. This initiative will enable bank employees to upgrade their qualifications and apply new knowledge in their daily work.

Joint Projects and Innovation

Both parties have agreed to organize joint events aimed at increasing youth interest in innovative technologies. The bank plans to participate in seminars, round tables, and workshops designed to enhance the practical skills of students.
