  • Do not disclose your card PIN code to anyone;

  • Never share the SMS verification code with others;

  • Do not transfer funds to suspicious individuals;

  • Do not post photos of your cards showing their number and expiration date on social media;

  • Use only trusted online stores and do not enter your card details if the browser does not display a secure connection symbol (a padlock icon);

  • To ensure safe online transactions with foreign currency cards, we recommend enabling the 3D-Secure service;

  • In case of card loss, immediately contact the Bank to block your card and prevent unauthorized use, or block it yourself via the mobile app;

  • Do not hand over your card to third parties;

  • If you suspect unauthorized access or fraudulent activity, please report it to the Bank or the police.
