Recruitment Procedure

Recruitment of employees to the JSCB "ASIA ALLIANCE BANK" system is carried out regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, language, origin, property, family, social and professional status, attitude to religion, faith, membership in public associations, professional, business, personal and moral qualities, education of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan capable of performing the tasks assigned to the Bank in accordance with their level of knowledge and health, or citizens of foreign countries and stateless persons in accordance with the established procedure in accordance with internal regulatory documents, procedures of the Bank and the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The selection of employees at JSCB "ASIA ALLIANCE BANK" goes through the following stages:

Preliminary examination of candidates;
Testing;
Interview.

They are not employed in the "ASIA ALLIANCE BANK" JSCB system:

persons under the age of sixteen;
persons recognized in accordance with the established procedure as incapacitated or of limited capacity;
