“Alliance IVR” Service – Bank’s clients, having registered their phone numbers, may receive real-time information using Interactive Voice Response service.

Interactive voice response service operates based on the tone commands of stationary or mobile phones.


“Alliance IVR” provides legal entities with the following opportunities:

- to receive in real-time mode an information on their account balances, regardless of the working hours of the Bank’s employees;

- to receive an information on the recent operations performed in the account;

 - to order SMS-message to be sent to a personal mobile phone containing the information on debit and credit operations (all/debit/credit) performed;

- to control (enable/disable) SMS-notifications for the following events:

• when the operation is performed in the account;

• when the debit operation is performed in the account;

• when the credit operation is performed in the account;



“Alliance IVR” provides individuals with the following opportunities:

- to receive an information on account balance available at their plastic cards;

- to receive an information on the recent operations performed in the account (date, amount);
- to receive an information on overdraft credit debt;

- to order SMS-message to be sent to a personal mobile phone containing the information on debit and credit operations (all/debit/credit) performed in the card account;

- to control (enable/disable) SMS-notifications.



“Alliance IVR” safety. Recognition and authorization of the calling user are performed by examining the telephone number and the correct PIN-code, which consists of five digits.

How to enable “Alliance IVR” service:


• come to the Bank office with a passport;

• fill in an application form;

• receive an envelope with the PIN code and instructions.

In order to know the current account balance, the clients who have enabled the service just need to call to 150-68-80, and enter personal PIN-code!

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regardless of the working hours of the Bank’s staff!
