MORTGAGE LOAN “NEW HOUSE - HYBRID” - Provided in addition to the mortgage loan product “New house” allocated in the amount of 420.0 million soums in the city of Tashkent and 330.0 million soums in the regions from the funds of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, for the purchase of apartments in multi-storey buildings on the primary housing market.
The loan is provided to individuals aged 18 to 60 years (60 years are taken into account), having a permanent official income or self-employed citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The maximum amount of a mortgage loan - no more than 600,0 mln soum;The loan term is 180 months.
Grace period – 6 months.
The interest rate on the loan is 27.0% per annum.
- The initial payment is from 30%;
- The initial payment is from 35%.
The bank provides an opportunity to choose the method by which the amount of the monthly payment on a mortgage loan will be calculated. The first is when the payments are the same every month (annuity), and the second is when they decrease over time.
When applying for a mortgage loan, an insurance policy and a mortgage insurance contract are not required.
The following documents are submitted to the Bank for obtaining a loan:
2. Identity document (passport, ID card, residence certificate, etc.);
3. Contract of purchase and sale of housing concluded with the contracting organization-seller;
4. Loan security documents;
5. If necessary, documents confirming the availability of permission from the authorized body for the construction of a multi-storey building in which the loaned object is purchased, acquired through a loan (decision of the khokim, etc.);
6. Extract from the cadastral register of the purchased apartment;
7. Self-employment certificate. (when the loan is provided to self-employed persons).
The Bank reserves the right to request additional documents for the most complete analysis of the solvency of the Borrower/Co-Borrower.
