In order to put into practice a positive experience in the field of banking management, JSCB «ASIA ALLIANCE BANK» invites experienced highly qualified foreign specialists and / or compatriots with practical experience in foreign banks, as well as talented and motivated young people who have received education in leading foreign universities.

• thorough and comprehensive assessment of bank maturity for development projects;

• development of an integrated business model including organizational and operational models of the bank;

• use of common generally accepted standards, methods and technologies for project management, process automation and improving the operational efficiency of the bank as well as modern methods of labor motivation;

• introduction of a systematic approach to project management, focusing on the elaboration of the organizational component of the project: official creation of working groups, careful selection of specialists into working groups, correct distribution of roles in the project and working groups, active training and involvement of the bank staff in the project among working groups and bank employees, leadership of management;

• assistance in preparation of analytical documents necessary for implementation of projects (financial models, business plans, marketing reports, information memorandums, conclusions on risks, etc.);

• development of marketing activities, preparation of marketing materials related to promotion of bank services and attracting new customers;

• improving the process of developing of new banking products and services in accordance with customer needs, applying methods to attract and retain customers;

• improved risk management. Assistance in carrying out internal procedures, including risk management procedures, preparation of internal documentation, etc.;

• examination of trends and financial market conditions, including analysis of situation in the stock market, developing recommendations for the bank's participation in stock market operations, as well as assistance in operations on issue, placement, sale, and purchase of securities;

• development of an investment policy concept (preparation of investment plans and projects, analysis of effectiveness of investment projects);

• advising on management of equity capital (calculation of growth rates of equity capital, justification of stable growth rates of equity capital, sources of its expansion);

• improving the policy for attracting of borrowed capital (determining types and methods for attracting of borrowed funds, widespread use of debt instruments and structural financing instruments);

• advising on optimization of international activities with foreign partners and international financial institutions in the field of attracting borrowed funds, efficient use of IFI’s financial products, attracting strategic partners, as well as enhancing the bank’s image to enter capital markets;

• assistance in preparing for meetings with clients and other project participants.

Requirements for Candidates:

• skills of financial analysis, availability of knowledge and skills in the field of corporate finance, financial reporting and evaluation of effectiveness of project implementation;

• general understanding of existing forms and instruments of financing, as well as current conditions for attracting financing, knowledge of general legislation and legislation in the field of banking;

• skills in development of financial, analytical and strategic documents, presentations; analysis, systematization and synthesis of information; work with regulatory legal acts and their application in practice; building effective relationships, possession of business etiquette, meetings and conferences, public speaking, and business correspondence;

• ability to identify priorities for action and development of strategic plans, analysis, forecasting, synthesis, monitoring, control, operational management decisions; identification and resolution of problem situations, ability to work independently and in a team;

• good skills in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

• pursuit of personal and professional growth in the field of corporate finance, project finance and industry analysis;

• high level of proficiency in spoken and written English.


• Education with a specialization in finance, economics, accounting and IT;

• The last year of training in the specialized direction is allowed with ability to work full time;

• Availability of CFA / ACCA / CPA certificates is welcome.
