Competition on selection of independent organization for evaluation of corporate governance system of JSCB «ASIA ALLIANCE BANK».

JSCB “ASIA ALLIANCE BANK” announces a competition on selection of independent organization for evaluation of corporate governance system, on the basis of clause 36 of the Code of corporate governance, approved by minutes no.9 as of December 31, 2015 of the Commission on enhancement of efficiency of activity of joint-stock companies and improvement of corporate governance system.

Period for evaluation: 2018.

Organizations defined by the Code of corporate governance are allowed to participate in the competition. Business proposals shall be sent until 5 pm of May 10, 2019 to the following address: 2A, Makhtumquli street, Tashkent.

The following documents shall be provided:

- commercial proposal of an organization including term of evaluation, cost of service and experience in evaluation of corporate governance system (number of evaluations carried out, including in commercial banks, standing in securities market) in a sealed envelope;

- copy of state registration certificate;

- copy of license (for stock exchanges, professional participants of securities market, audit organizations and etc.);

-   information on the number of employees possessing qualification certificate of the Scientific and educational center for corporate governance and/or qualification certificate of the securities market, including copies of the certificates.

Selection criterion of candidates is based on cost of service, term of evaluation, qualification of the personnel and experience in this field.
